Ingredients
- 500 g beef mince
- 1 Mexican taco kit (seasoning, salsa + shells/wraps)
- 1 x Lettuce (or bagged salad)
- 1 x Tomato, diced
- 1 x Avocado, diced
- 1 x Onion diced for mince
- Sour cream
- Grated tasty cheese
Method
- Pre-heat oven to 180 and follow instructions for the taco shells in the kit.
- Heat a pan over medium heat. Cook off onion, then beef mince until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat if needed.
- Add the seasoning sachet from the Mexican kit to the mince. Stir well and cook for a further 1–2 minutes according to packet instructions.
- Break up lettuce and place in a bowl.
- Dice tomato and place in a bowl.
- Dice avocado and place in a bowl.
- Open jar of salsa.
- Place grated cheese and sour cream into serving bowls.
- Warm soft Taco wraps in microwave as per kit instructions.
- Set out hard taco shells and soft wraps. Let everyone assemble their own tacos.

Pro tip: When eating a hard shell, have an open Taco wrap open under it to catch all the goodness.
