Ingredients
- 8 quality beef or pork sausages
- 1 large cauliflower, cut into florets
- 3 medium carrots, cut into sticks
- 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon butter or olive oil

- Cracked black pepper, to taste

Method
- Pan-fry, grill, or air fry sausages until cooked through and golden. Set aside to rest.
